Phone Message – August 31, 2012

Hello, this is Wade Martin calling from Middle Creek High School with our first official weekly message of the school year.  The first week of school has gone very well and we are really excited about the year ahead.

Don’t forget about the big game tonight as our Mustang Football team play at Fuquay High School tonight.  Game time is 7:30.

I wanted to remind all of our parents and students about some important events going on next week.  First, remember, no school on Monday for the Labor Day Holiday.  Tuesday is certainly going to be a long day at MC as we host the Fall Semester – Meet the Teacher Open House.  All parents are invited to come meet your student’s teachers and get an overview of what they will be learning in class this semester.  The event starts at 7:00 sharp in the gymnasium with some opening comments and introductions which will be followed by classroom visits to “meet the teachers”.  The open house will end at 8:30.

Please be sure to check our Middle Creek website calendar for a complete listing of all events going on next week.  There are too many for me to list them all for you, but one worth noting is next Friday Night’s Football Game at home against Garner High School.  We will be recognizing our 2011-2012 4A State Championship Baseball Team during half-time of the game.  It is certainly going to be a game worth attending.
